To strengthen our team, we are looking for young, committed building construction planners or building construction technicians. Your task is to accompany and support all areas and service phases of a project according to HOAI in a planning team. From draft and presentation work to implementation planning on medium & large-scale projects with complex requirement profiles in terms of technology. All project teams work together in an interdisciplinary manner with in-house, but also external specialists and specialist areas. The position requires a high degree of willingness to learn, team spirit and a communicative nature.

Requirements

• completed vocational training – HTL | FH – specialization architecture & project management
• professional experience is an advantage – but not required
• proficient handling of ArchiCAD and/or other CAD programs
• committed, solution-oriented working style & willingness to learn

Further requirements

• Knowledge of English & other foreign languages advantageous
• Pleasure in team-oriented work

• Design & conceptual design of building structures in interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

• completed vocational training – HTL | FH | TU
• specialization in architecture or project management
• 5 years of professional experience is required
• experience in leading planning teams
• proficient handling of ArchiCAD
• good knowledge of building law, OIB, etc.
• Interest in BIM is an advantage
• proficiency in common office applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• committed, independent and solution-oriented working style
• good knowledge of German & English
