• Design & conceptual design of building structures in interdisciplinary teams
• Independent supervision of projects in all planning stages
• Contact person for our clients during the planning phase
• Keeping appointments with clients and construction sites
• Representation of the client towards the authorities

Requirements

• completed vocational training – HTL | FH | TU
• specialization in architecture or project management
• 5 years of professional experience is required
• experience in leading planning teams
• proficient handling of ArchiCAD
• good knowledge of building law, OIB, etc.
• Interest in BIM is an advantage
• proficiency in common office applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• committed, independent and solution-oriented working style
• good knowledge of German & English
