Attic conversion on Fichtegasse – Vienna
Generali Immobilien GmbH commissioned us to undertake the general planning for the attic conversion on Fichtegasse in Vienna. Three residential units with a total area of approx. 610 m² are being built in the two-story attic conversion.
New construction of a 4-group kindergarten
A kindergarten in Mauer near Amstetten was planned for the municipality of Amstetten as part of a competition. The project comprises 4 group rooms, an exercise and multifunction room, sanitary facilities, cloakrooms, and administrative offices. Gobli architects & engineers are carrying out this project as general planners.
Completion is scheduled for summer 2026.
Höpflerbad indoor swimming pool – Competition – 1st place
The existing outdoor pool, built in 1979, is being expanded with the addition of a new indoor pool. The indoor pool includes a multi-purpose pool, a teaching pool, a toddler pool, and diving boards (1 and 3 meters). Access to the existing outdoor pool and the new indoor pool will be provided via a new entrance hall. The basement will house cloakrooms, sanitary facilities, and staff, operational, and technical rooms.
Construction began in fall 2025. Completion is scheduled for fall 2027.
