Office renovation
We were commissioned by Generali to design the general plan for the office renovation at their new location in Vienna and to oversee the entire renovation process. This involved around 330 m² of office, meeting, and social space. Contemporary premises were created in an existing building complex.
Attic conversion on Schwarzenbergstrasse – Vienna
Generali Versicherung AG commissioned us to carry out the general planning for the attic conversion on Schwarzenbergstrasse in Vienna.
Construction of an office and workshop building – near Stuttgart
Gobli architects & engineers was the general planner for the construction of an office and workshop building for GAW – location in Germany. Construction work was completed in 2023.
The new building was constructed in Leonberg, near Stuttgart.
New construction of a building and maintenance yard for the municipality of Amstetten
The new building and maintenance yard was planned for the municipality of Amstetten. A new headquarters was created for over 120 employees. The property consists of several components. Usability, function, and efficiency in terms of cost-effectiveness were the guiding principles in the planning. The property is easily accessible via the newly constructed access road. Heavy traffic and private traffic are separated. The maintenance yard is clearly structured and the arrangement of the components creates a courtyard character that makes the best possible use of the space.
The prominent office and administration building clearly marks the entrance to the service yard. Visitors and employees are guided into the property via the office building. Separate entrances ensure that visitors and employees are kept separate as far as possible.
The workshop building was constructed directly adjacent to the office building. The workshops and storage areas were equipped with clearly defined gate systems on the courtyard side. At the same time, it is also possible to drive through the building. Along the main access road, the vehicle hall forms the counterpart to the workshop and thus the actual service yard. The vehicle hall offers parking spaces for 15 trucks. Access is directly from the outside. The hall is divided into two areas by a partition wall. There is also a wood chip heating system and the necessary technical rooms.
In addition to carports for the service yard, the courtyard itself also includes maneuvering and storage areas. The carports have been equipped with electric charging stations. Other functions in the yard include the washing and refueling facilities, which have been centrally grouped together with the salt silo and the wood chip and grit storage area to form an “energy station.”
The roofs of the workshop/warehouse, storage facility, vehicle hall, and carports are equipped with photovoltaic systems.
Renovation in an old historic building in Vienna
Our new office was built in 2022 at Bauernmarkt 2 in Vienna. The historic premises were modernized and redesigned for the new office infrastructure. Old meets new. The historic old building was renovated in keeping with its style and given modern accents.
Facade renovation of Building 12 at the Provincial Vocational School in Graz – St. Peter
Gobli architects & engineers were commissioned by Landesimmobilien Gesellschaft mbH, represented by the Province of Styria, to provide local construction supervision and documentation for the facade renovation of Building 12. The existing facade was extensively revitalized.
urban fitness – studio rotenturmstrasse | vienna
Former office space was converted into a fitness studio. A studio with state-of-the-art fitness equipment for circuit training, a multipurpose room, and changing rooms are available to users. Complex ventilation technology was integrated into the existing building. gobli architects & engineers supported the client and users with the general planning of the studio.
Interior Design
We were commissioned by Pentanova to design the interior of their new premises in Gleisdorf and oversee the entire fit-out. This involved around 860 m² of office, meeting, and social space. The innovative spirit of Pentanova was translated into a contemporary and sustainable look. Quality for the employees was the top priority.
Revitalization of the indoor and outdoor swimming pools – Competition entry
gobli architecs & engineers, together with GBT Planung GmbH, were commissioned by the municipality of Amstetten to design the new municipal swimming pool in Amstetten as the general planning team.
The existing indoor swimming pool was replaced by a new building, with essential technical areas being retained and renovated. In addition to the indoor pool, various functions were added, such as catering facilities, outdoor pools, and, above all, a play area in the form of a riverside park.
The project was expanded to include another building for catering facilities and club rooms.
The project was constructed with high standards of sustainability and cost-effectiveness. Particular emphasis was placed on durability and low operating costs, especially in the choice of materials and technical equipment.
The general planning team delivered a magnificent project in a very short construction period.
